Can you still run Spaghetti Maths sessions in the current climate?
Yes! We have risk assessed our procedures and activities and made amendments where required to make us Covid safe.
Are parents still booking children into activity sessions?
Yes. Bookings are actually up since schools returned.. We get lots of messages from parents too asking when we will be back at their child's school.
Do I need to be a qualified teacher or hold a degree in maths?
No. A formal teaching qualification is not required, neither is an advanced knowledge of high level maths. The sessions are all based on fun and creativity within a maths environment. We will train you in how to deliver all our activities.
How is Spaghetti Maths different from other educational franchises?
First of all, Spaghetti Maths is not an academic tutoring business. The main aim of Spaghetti Maths is to have fun with maths! We focus on developing positive attitudes towards the subject through fun and creative sessions which encourage positive attitudes and enjoyment of maths.
Where do the sessions take place and do I need to rent a workspace?
The after school clubs and workshops take place on the school premises meaning you do not need to hire a separate venue. The business has been designed to run from home so, instead of having the expense of hiring a workspace, a kitchen table or spare room with a little bit of space for storage is perfect.
How much will I make?
We know owning a Spaghetti Maths territory is financially rewarding, our latest franchise owner took around £7000 in her first half-term. It’s the perfect business, in that the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. We'll discuss figures with you when we chat.
